Business knowledge answers: verify sources, versions and missing answers

Prepare an authorized document set and representative questions, then check answers, sources, access and review separately.

Original guidance and working materials. Validate against your business; these are not measured project results or delivery commitments.

Define the knowledge scope

Choose one document set and one user group. Record document owners, versions, effective dates and access conditions. Finding a document does not establish that it applies today. Do not assume every role can read every file.

Build representative questions

Start with common work questions. Use synthetic or authorized material to cover explicit answers, multiple relevant documents, conflicting versions and missing answers. Record a professionally reviewed reference answer and its location.

Check answers and sources separately

Check completeness, meaning, source location and version applicability. A document link does not prove a correct conclusion. Test whether different roles can retrieve and read the same information.

Plan human handling

Identify who handles insufficient evidence, version conflicts and professional judgments. Retain failed questions, document versions, product or model versions, test dates and review outcomes for revision.

Decide what to open next

Set acceptance criteria for the actual role and task. Observe a controlled trial before adding documents or actions. This guide supplies no universal accuracy target and does not replace professional judgment.
